1. Warranty Coverage
Growstation LED fixtures are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period. The warranty period and coverage details are as follows:

- Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures due to normal use.
2. Warranty Limitations
Please note the following limitations to our warranty coverage:
- The limited warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, altered, abused, or repaired.
- The limited warranty applies only to brand new items purchased from an authorized retail store with proof of purchase such as a receipt with the date, item, quantity, price, and the name of the retailer.
- The limited warranty is not transferable or applicable to the second-hand market.
3. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact the authorized retailer within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- The authorized retailer will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include troubleshooting steps or requesting additional information.
- If a manufacturing defect or failure is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective fixture with a refurbished replacement or provide a prorated credit.
Please note: If a replacement unit is provided under warranty, the original warranty period remains in effect from the date of the initial purchase and does not renew or extend for another new warranty period.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
The limited warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty. There are no other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Growstation LED fixtures shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product covered by this warranty.
5. Fragility and Handling
LED fixtures are in nature as fragile as glass bulbs, and the electronic components are not shock-proof. Therefore, it is important to handle them with care to prevent damage.
